What is a Recruiting Coordinator?

A Recruiting Coordinator helps guide and develop a player to present the best version of themselves for a coach and/or school program to see. Sadly, it has become similar to an online dating site where it is critical to put the best version of yourself out there to attract the most attention.

In the end it comes down to an athlete's ability but that is not the only factor. Academics, attitude, work ethic, leadership, social media presents, family dynamics, community involvement, and interest level are just some of the factors coaches consider.

A Recruiting Coordinator helps an athlete create a plan with all of these factors in mind and is there to answer any question that arises along the way. The process can be a stress journey and having an individual in your corner helping to make the correct decisions is priceless!
